Whether you want to train multiple times a day, or just need to squeeze in one class to your busy schedule, we're sure one of our 15 weekly adult sessions will fit!

You can bring your gi or no-gi attire if you have it, but otherwise you can come with tight-fitting top with shorts or bottoms, ideally without pockets and zips. It's also a good idea to bring some water. In addition, please ensure you're clean, have trimmed nails and are without jewellery (studs can be covered with tape).
